Terms for using ThesisMemo

Effective 13 August 2026. By using the private beta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Research service only

ThesisMemo provides general market information, research organization and AI-assisted analysis. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner or fiduciary. It does not execute trades, hold assets or assess whether an investment is appropriate for your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for independently checking sources, market data, calculations and AI-generated statements before acting. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Past performance, sentiment labels, alerts and scenario analysis do not predict future results.

Beta availability

The beta may change, contain errors, experience delays or be discontinued. Data can be delayed or incomplete, reporting dates can change, and third-party services can become unavailable. We may limit access to protect security, reliability or other users.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully, keep your credentials secure, and avoid attempting to bypass access controls, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer protected components, upload malicious content or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Content and feedback

ThesisMemo and its licensors retain rights in the site, software and design. You retain rights in information you submit and grant the limited permissions needed to process it and provide the service. Feedback may be used to improve ThesisMemo without obligation to compensate you.

No paid contract yet

Checkout is not active in the web beta. Pricing shown is a launch target, not a current billing commitment. Paid terms, cancellation rules and any refund policy will be presented before a user can purchase.

Contact hello@thesismemo.com with questions. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. These terms require professional legal review before commercial launch and do not yet specify a governing-law clause because the final operating entity has not been confirmed.
